Shipping policy
We follow a procedure for shipping all our products:
Shipping within India:
All our products go through quality control before shipping.
Cash on delivery is not available.
If Bank transfer or Cash Deposit is the only mode of payment you’e comfortable with, please write to jhanjhar.silver@gmail.com We’ll sort that out.
We do not provide pick up facility that has to be borne by customer.
We process your order in 1-3 business days.
We ship only during 6 days of the week, sundays are off.
On public holidays we snooze, no order processing on these days.
The order will be delivered to you in 3-8 business days (depends on the location).
In some instances, there might be a delay in processing your order, which we highly regret, in such cases we will make sure you are notified about the same.
International Shipping:
Please Note: VAT, duties and taxes will be applicable as per your country’s regulations and are to be borne by the customer. These charges will be billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery.
We process international orders after 48 hours of placing the order, to make sure we have received the payment via PayPal.
The order might take 10-20 days to reach you.
