Most of our products are handcrafted using traditional methods, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other.

We DO NOT accept exchange/return if the product varies slightly in terms of design or colour. All our products go through quality control before shipping.

Replacement will ONLY be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product. In case your order is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product by us, we urge you to inform us within 2 days of receiving it.
Steps to initiate an Exchange or Return:
-Notify us with an image of the product as received, to within 3 days of receiving it.
-After analyzing the issue, our team will send you a confirmation with the approval for the return.
-We will arrange for a return on mutually convenient return method..
-Return will only be made after we have received the shipment in its original packaging.
We don’t accept returns in the following cases:
-Incorrect or outdated address.
-Package refused by the recipient.
-Products returned are found to be used or in a damaged condition.
-Minor colour and design variation.
-If your product darkens over time. (Natural oxidization is a property of silver metal and is caused by varying climatic & storage conditions.)
Cancellations or change of address requests are only accepted if the request is made within 12 hours of placing the order.

A clear video MUST be recorded while opening the parcel by the recipient. As it will prove that the recipient has received it or not. Further No complaints in any condition will be entertained by Jhanjhar in regards to acceptance of incorrect / blank / empty parcel.
